We have with us well established and modern production support system that helps us to successfully handle the present as well as emerging packaging material requirements of our industrial clients. With the production facility spread at spacious 22000 sq feet, some of the process machines that are available at our end so as to meet the in-hand production demands of product packaging material include :

8 Color Roto Gravure Printing machine: 2 Nos	6 Color Roto Gravure printing machine: 1 Nos	Lamination Machine: 2 Nos
Slitting Machines: 2 Nos	High Speed Pouch Making Machines: 3 Nos	Stand up Pouching Machine: 2 Nos
Taiwan Cutting Machines: 3 Nos	Taiwan Gluing Machines: 3 Nos

With the support of these modern high speed machines, we are able to achieve perfection in each of the production activity undertaken and have successfully achieved production capacity of more than 1500 tons per annum.

Further, the support of latest graphic design software allow us to further develop the digital data which upon approval is transferred into plate and cylinder making systems, thus ensuring flawless finish quality is maintained in the packaging material delivered.

The other facilities include :

• Vertical scanning systems utilized to copy art from exiting samples
• Rotogravure Printing machines with 8 color unit and 1000 mm printing width
• Capability to deliver surface and reverse printing on plastic films
